Santa Rosa began working with Berkshire during the vendor selection process, to assist with identifying the right system to support their clinical, operational and IT needs across multiple locations. In addition to the initial assessment, Santa Rosa developed a detailed implementation budget to address hardware, software, staffing, implementation, training costs, and to develop an implementation plan for both its acute and ambulatory practices. In the next phase, Santa Rosa will oversee all steps of the MEDITECH Expanse implementation from system design and build through go-live support.
