Channel Partner Subscription Revenue at M-Files Grew by 300 Percent in 2018

In 2018, Erickson increased subscription revenue driven through channel partners by more than 300 percent compared to 2017. Among his key accomplishments, Erickson redesigned the M-Files global partner program to focus on a subscription-based model and implemented a new partner onboarding process for technical certification, sales enablement and business planning.
Under Erickson's direction, M-Files combined its geographic partner conferences previously held in North America and Europe into a single worldwide partner conference, which reinforced strong global partner network growth. Additionally, to specifically help partners accelerate sales and delivery cycles, Erickson launched new sales and marketing strategies and innovative solutions targeting the small and medium-sized (SMB) business market.
