Sell Easy, Buy Better: EZSell Launches Mobile App Facilitating Seamless Buying and Selling of Household Items
EZSell, an online buying and selling platform for used goods and products, has just launched its first app. The EZSell mobile apps are available on Google Playstore and Apple's App Store.

New users can get the app from Google Playstore or App Store. Built to offer a simple and hassle-free buy-and-sell experience to users, developers of the app assert that the app is loaded with unique features like "garage sales/moving sales/yard sales" and "optional shipping" to make it stand out for users. Users that do not want to sell/buy products, can lend/borrow it for short periods of time (daily, weekly, monthly) to other users in the community.
The EZSell app can be used by both buyers and sellers. Integrated with an in-app chat feature, the app lets users chat with one another about their listings. A seller can post their listing on the app and it will be populated to all the interested buyers in the area. Another feature in the app lets buyers and sellers track their purchases and sales respectively.
Interestingly, shipping with the app/company has been kept completely optional. To wit, sellers can choose to ship directly by themselves or use EZSell partnered shipping to sell. Commenting on the feature, EZSell co-founder Priyadarshan Patil released to his social media followers: "Not everyone wants to be bound by corporate shipping. Some sellers and buyers like to meet and greet one another before completing the sale. We thought it would be a great idea to give them the option and the liberty to be able to do just that."
As of the time of publishing this release, the EZSell app has a list of product categories that include electronics, home maintenance essentials, electronics, sporting and leisure goods and child products among others. App developers have confirmed that they will add more product categories to the app soon.
Selective or optional shipping is another feature of the app that both the makers and reviewers are raving about. EZSell Strategic Advisor, Karan Vazirani elucidated in a tech event meet: "You would normally expect buyers and sellers to meet one another and do the deliveries. While that is convenient at one level, it also limits the geography of shipping. For a nominal charge, users can choose to ship their products through the app."

Asked about the security and prohibitory measures used on the app, Priyadarshan replied: "We have taken ample measures to ensure that prohibited items and profane language are kept out of EZSell."
Besides buying and selling used items on the app, EZSell users will also be able to broadcast garage sales to the community around them. Moreover, products for temporary use can also be loaned or borrowed on the app.
