She is an expert in developing and sustaining relationships that enable leaders to achieve long term success in cultural and operational outcomes. Her extensive experience in the healthcare sector and background as a chief human resources officer, make her particularly skilled in assisting organizations with maintaining high levels of engagement during times of continuous change.

She holds a graduate certification in human resource management with a specialization in healthcare administration.
