Shelton Blease Promoted To Director Of HR Operations
ATLANTA (PRWEB) January 03, 2019 -- Lucas Group, ranked third on Forbes’ Best Professional Recruiting Firms list for 2018, recently announced the promotion of Shelton Blease to Director of Human Resources Operations.
Blease is a 2006 graduate of the Terry School of Business at the University of Georgia with more than 10 years of experience in the world of HR management and finance. He joined Lucas Group in 2014 as an HR Business Partner before elevating to Senior HR Business Partner in 2017.

Blease’s initial charge at Lucas Group revolved around analyzing sales performance data for the executive recruiters and determining how to replicate trends for future revenue success. Shelton also worked to automate and improve numerous HR business systems and reporting, saving time and enhancing the employee experience. His past background in Contract staffing ultimately led him to lead Lucas Group’s Contract staffing operations, with an emphasis on scaling and improving process while limiting employment liability.

Lucas Group’s Contract staffing places temporary employees across four practice groups: Accounting & Finance, Information Technology, Legal and Manufacturing. While most contract positions are held for four months on average, roles can range in length from one to 10 months. Every Contract employee is onboarded with Lucas Group before moving on to the client and is eligible for Lucas Group’s benefits package.
