Lujan, to serve as its Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Lujan is a tenured healthcare executive, with prior roles as the Chief Growth Officer of Surgical Information Systems, an investment banker in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at JP Morgan Chase, and a director at GE Healthcare. Most recently, he successfully led Lifeline Vascular Care, a subsidiary of DaVita Inc., and a provider of care to patients suffering from end-stage renal disease and peripheral arterial disease with one of the largest networks of vascular access centers across the country. Mr. Lujan holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University at Albany.
Mr. Lujan succeeds Jeffrey Martin, MD, FACS as the Company's CEO.
