Silver City Drilling Successfully Completes Project At Primero West-1
Silver City Drilling, one of Australia's industry leaders in the delivery of flexible, efficient drilling programs in the water, oil and gas, mineral exploration and mining industry, has recently announced its work at the Primero West-1 well at the Reid's Dome Gas Project (PL 231) has been successfully completed.
SYDNEY, Dec. 8, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Silver City Drilling, one of Australia's industry leaders in the delivery of flexible, efficient drilling programs in the water, oil and gas, mineral exploration and mining industry, has recently announced its work at the Primero West-1 well at the Reid's Dome Gas Project (PL 231) has been successfully completed. It had undertaken the drilling operation with State Gas Limited to enable testing activities at the project.
The Primero West-1 well was designed and located to test the Cattle Creek Formation within PL 231 fully in accordance with the requirements of the Joint Operating Agreement. The "Primero" gas sand had been identified in the Cattle Creek Formation from a depth of 131.5 metres, with petrophysical analysis which indicated a net gas-bearing zone.
The Silver City Drilling Rig-25 has now been mobilised from the Primero West-1 site to the Nyanda-4 site approximately 13.5 kilometres to the south within PL 231.
