Skin Care Institute Offering Revolutionary Non-Surgical Treatment for Urinary Incontinence
Award-winning medical spa The Skin Care Institute has expanded its wellness services to include Emsella®, a groundbreaking non-invasive treatment for urinary stress incontinence with no downtime.
TULSA, Okla., Sept. 28, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Medical Director Dr. Jeff Alexander is proud to announce that Skin Care Institute Medical and Wellness Spa in Oklahoma is now providing Emsella®, a non-invasive treatment that is clinically proven to reduce symptoms of urinary stress incontinence with no downtime.
Nicknamed the "New Kegel Throne" by manufacturer BTL® Aesthetics, Emsella is a special chair that stimulates thousands of pelvic floor muscle contractions with non-invasive HIFEM® (high-intensity electromagnetic) energy. These muscle contractions help to strengthen pelvic floor muscles and ultimately improve symptoms of urinary incontinence, such as bladder leakage, with no invasive measures or downtime.
Treatment with Emsella is described as being comfortable, and even relaxing. Patients sit fully clothed in a specially-designed chair while HIFEM energy stimulates and strengthens pelvic floor muscles. Each Emsella treatment lasts about 30 minutes, with optimal results achieved after six sessions (2 weekly sessions over a 3-week period).
There's no downtime with Emsella, just life-changing improvements to your incontinence symptoms and a higher quality of life for years to come.
In addition to Emsella, Skin Care Institute offers award-winning CoolSculpting® non-invasive fat reduction, Ultherapy® skin tightening and Emsculpt® non-surgical body contouring. Skin Care Institute also proudly provides leading skin rejuvenation treatments, including Clear + Brilliant®, fractional laser skin resurfacing, HydraFacial®, clinical-grade chemical peels, laser hair removal and photofacials. For diminishing lines and wrinkles and replenishing lost volume, Skin Care Institute provides the highest quality injectable treatments with Botox® and dermal fillers.
Skin Care Institute offers a comprehensive selection of spa treatments, including facials, expert massages, waxing, lash and brow services, B12 injections, skin care products, and much more.
