FinTech Startup Solvable Announces Spring 2021 Winner for $1,000 Semi-Annual Scholarship Program
IRVINE, Calif., August 3, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Solvable.com, the first-of-its-kind tax marketplace that helps individuals, entrepreneurs, and small businesses with complicated tax issues, awarded its third Solvable Scholarship this week.
The semi-annual Solvable Scholarship Program aims to assist American graduate and undergraduate students achieve financial freedom and avoid student loan debt. This year, the $1,000 scholarship award goes to a single mother of two who is pursuing her degree in elementary education at Truckee Meadows Community College in Las Vegas.
In short essays, entrants discussed their goals, their best personal finance tips, and, often, their journey from poverty to earning a sustainable income. Essays also touched upon what financial freedom means to each of the applicants and how graduating from college free from student debt could help them achieve their financial goals.
"It was not easy choosing a winner for this year's Solvable Scholarship.
