Derrick W. Bachman focuses his practice in energy and natural resources law from the firm’s Southpointe office located near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Jon C. Beckman practices in the firm’s Meadville, Pennsylvania office. His practice focuses on energy law as well as energy and environmental litigation.
Roger S. Christenson II practices energy and natural resources law in the Bridgeport office, working closely with clients on mineral transactions and acquisitions, title and lease litigation, and other title and lease needs.
Crystal I. Bombard-Cutright practices in the Morgantown, W.Va. office. She represents health care providers, long-term care facilities, trucking companies, and others involved in litigation.
Sandra K. Fraley practices energy and natural resources law and assists clients with oil and gas agreements, transactional matters and operational issues as well as risk assessments. She is located in Edmond, Oklahoma and is associated with the firm’s Charleston, W.Va. office.
Laura L. Mays focuses defends clients against claims involving personal injury, premises liability, and products liability, as well as defending against construction/contract claims and employment claims. She practices in the firm’s Lexington, Kentucky office.
Michael J. Moore practices from the firm’s Bridgeport office. His practice is evenly divided between counseling employers in traditional labor disputes and employment litigation.
H. Hampton Rose IV focuses his legal practice on commercial transactions and related financing, often involving energy-related assets and real estate, and government relations in the firm’s Charleston, W.Va. office.
Andrew P. Smith practices in the Huntington, W.Va. office. Smith assists clients involved in medical malpractice, labor and employment, premises liability, and personal injury litigation.
