Strategic Dreams, which started six years ago, is an initiative designed to give back to Strategic's employee-owners and help them to make their dreams come true. This quarter's dreams included a 6-month supply of diapers for 6 new parents, a Sweet 16 birthday party for an employee's daughter, an engagement ring, 2 Disney vacations to families that have never been, a car, and deposit payments for 2 first-home buyers.
