Sunset World Group Recognized by RCI with Gold Crown Awards and Excellence in Service

CANCUN, Mexico, June 3, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- In a ceremony held on June 2, 2021, RCI once again recognized Sunset World Group's leadership in the vacation club segment in the Mexican Caribbean by presenting Hacienda Tres Ríos and Sunset Fishermen in the Riviera Maya, and Sunset Royal and Sunset Marina in Cancun, with the 2019-2020 Gold Crown award. In addition, RCI presented the Excellence in Service award to Hacienda Tres Ríos, Sunset Royal and Sunset Marina.

All four Sunset World Group hotels have been awarded the Gold Crown award every year since they opened; Sunset Royal for 29 years, Sunset Marina for 24 years, Sunset Fishermen for 21 years and Hacienda Tres Ríos for 13 years. In addition, Sunset Marina and Sunset Royal received the RCI Excellence in Service award for the second time, while Hacienda Tres Ríos received it for the fourth time.

Sunset World Group CEO Orlando Arroyo welcomed everyone through video while Annie Arroyo, Corporate Director of Brand and Communication and Martha Richardson, Corporate Director of Operations and the sales managers hosted the ceremony. RCI was remotely represented by Ana Laura Acevedo, Senior Vice President of Business Development and Marketing, and Alejandra Espinosa, Director of Business Development. The managers of the four hotels and their teams were also present remotely.
