SureFire CPR Wins "Orange County 2019 Top Workplaces Award" Sixth Year in a Row

ORANGE COUNTY, Calif., Jan. 29, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- SureFire CPR, an organization dedicated to educating people in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation in Orange County California, has officially been named one of the Top Ten Small Businesses in the Top Workplaces 2019 survey conducted by the Orange County Register. The Top Workplaces awards have been based on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by a leading research firm, Energage LLC, which is connected with the Orange County Register, and which specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement.

The survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including Alignment, Execution, and Connection, all of which measure the health and wellbeing of employees within each company. Energage's research has indicated that the top workplaces have a strong belief in where their organizations are headed, ways to achieve those goals, and the ability to work together to meet those achievements. The sense that all employees are in it together is a major contributor to the ability to become a Top Workplace.

The Orange County Register published results of Energage's survey in December 2019. Additionally, the Orange County Register hosted a gala for winners, which saw a large attendee turnout. 2019 is the twelfth year of the survey and the sixth placement for SureFire CPR.
