Additionally, the employee numbers continued to grow in other markets as the U.K./EU employee numbers doubled in 2022. Earlier this year, TCN opened an office in the Midlands regions of the U.K. and an EU head office in Bucharest, Romania and hired seasoned industry professionals in both Europe and the U.K. to better serve EU and U.K. contact centers.
According to a report by Grand View Research, the global contact center software market was valued at $28.09 billion in 2022 and is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 23.9% from 2023 to 2030.
