Tame Impala Teams Up with Nalgene and REVERB for Oxfam COVID Relief
Rock band Tame Impala today announces the release of a special edition Nalgene bottle created with non-profit organizations REVERB.org and Oxfam to raise money for COVID-19 relief.

A limited number of Tame Impala Nalgene bottles will be available via Nalgene.com beginning July 29, 2020 with profits from the sale benefiting Oxfam's COVID-19 relief efforts and REVERB's environmental work. These limited edition bottles are available for $24.99 via Nalgene.com, with $15 of every bottle directly impacting not-for-profit environmental and public health causes.
For seven consecutive years REVERB and Nalgene have partnered to reduce single-use plastic from music events around the country and increase usage of reusable bottles among fans and artists. To date, the Nalgene and REVERB partnership, knows as #RockNRefill, has raised more than $2,000,000 for over 100 environmental & social causes and has diverted more than 3,000,000 single-use bottles from landfills. Nalgene has donated over 300,000 custom-designed reusable bottles to the effort.
Tame Impala works with REVERB to reduce the environmental impact of touring while also engaging fans in social and environmental causes at shows. They had just begun the 2020 tour in San Diego, California on March 9, 2020, when COVID-19 shut down all of live music. At the shows, fans were offered the chance to donate to causes for a similar bottle. As part of the RockNRefill program, REVERB provided water refill stations to ensure the bottles were useful immediately, eliminating hundreds of disposable plastic bottles from use at each show.
