Tandigm Health Expands Value-Based Model Beyond Primary Care with the Addition of Leading Specialty Groups

Having proven the viability of value-based care among 420 primary care physicians, Tandigm will extend its model to more than 300 specialists, advancing its physician-centric solutions to 700 providers across multiple specialties.
Applying its coordinated, performance-based approach at specialty practices will further enable Tandigm to drive better patient outcomes and quality of care. Some of the most well-known independent specialist groups in the region are participating in the agreements, including Consultants in Medical Oncology and Hematology, Gastrointestinal Associates, MidLantic Urology, Premier Orthopedics and Vantage EyeCare.
