HUNTINGTON STATION, N.Y., Dec. 12, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Teq today announced that its OTIS for Educators online professional development (PD) and iBlocks project-based learning (PBL) solutions meet the "Tier 4 – Demonstrates a Rationale" level of evidence under the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). ESSA requires federal funding and stimulus dollars to be used for "evidence-based interventions."
