During his time as executive director, Biden was responsible for approval and construction of educational intuitions throughout Florida. Prior, Biden dedicated much of his life to those in need while serving as head of operations and development for Hand in Hand Ministries. His duties included providing education, housing and health care needs for underprivileged families throughout Central America. Biden is a past White House Legislative Director under President Bill Clinton.
