The Dragonfly Foundation Welcomes Cates, Stieritz to its Board of Directors
CINCINNATI (PRWEB) December 07, 2018 -- The Dragonfly Foundation, which provides unwavering support to families affected by pediatric cancer, welcomes new board of directors members Brad Cates, of Prosource, and Thomas Stieritz, of The Christ Hospital Health Network.
Cates, the president and CEO of the Cincinnati-based provider of technology solutions, document automation and office equipment, led a Prosource evolution to a full-service technology firm with a highly-collaborative management strategy that continues to drive aggressive revenue growth, market expansion, and industry-leading customer loyalty.
The organizational success has been recognized with a multitude of notable awards such as Cincinnati’s Best Place to Work, National Top Partner Award, Award of Excellence (2013–2018) and Elite Dealer Award (2013–2018), Service Excellence Diamond Award (2013–2018), and ITEX Technology Company of the Year.
“I’ve been incredibly impressed with the purpose and mission of this fantastic organization. When I learned of the help, love, and support the Dragonfly Foundation provides to kids and families fighting cancer, I knew I wanted to be a part of it,” he said.
Cates, additionally brings his extensive experience to for-profit and nonprofit boards such as Young President’s Organization, Lexmark International, Inc., ZafeSoft Corp., Crayons to Classrooms and Camp Joy.
He resides in Cincinnati with his wife of 20 years, Kate, and their four children.
Stieritz, the executive director, Physician Division Operations, is a Cincinnati native who has built a 20-year track record of progressing healthcare through a variety of senior leadership roles with Fortune 500 companies such as Revolution Business Systems, LLC, Enclara Pharma, Omnicare: A CVS company, Catalyst Health Solutions, Anthem and others in addition to the The Christ Hospital Health Network.
He is well known for approaching opportunities as a collaborator, team player and trusted advisor.
