In addition to seasonal dishes, beginning now through the end of October, The Conservatory is serving pumpkin-infused beverages to match. The Indian Summer Cocktail – a whimsical spin on the Mai Tai – spotlights pumpkin and autumn flavors of caramel and spice. A hint of lime perfectly rounds out this innovative libation. Appealing to beer enthusiasts, the resort will also offer pours of the best pumpkin brews, starting with Dogfish Head Punkin’ Ale.
