The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage Goes Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month
RANCHO MIRAGE, Calif. (PRWEB) September 26, 2018 -- October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage is offering guests the opportunity to join in its support of those affected. In an effort to raise awareness, the luxury resort will “go pink” from the front drive all the way to the picturesque Reflection Fountain.
After driving up the winding road to the resort, guests will be greeted by pink lights lining the Porte Cochere. The lobby will be filled with fresh floral arrangements comprised entirely of pink and red hues. An assortment of blush-colored candies such as Swedish Fish and pink Starbursts will adorn the daily Candy Bar offerings at the Concierge desk, and guests can enjoy complimentary rose-infused water while checking in.
Those dining at State Fare Bar + Kitchen will have two opportunities to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month. With the purchase of a specialty box of pink macaroons or The Pink Lady Martini, partial proceeds from each will be donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. After dinner, guests can walk down the stairs outside of State Fare to find the Reflection Fountain glowing pink as three light orbs gently rest on top of the water.
The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Rancho Mirage is showing its support for Breast Cancer Awareness Month too, with an exclusive treatment that includes a rejuvenating facial, pink sparkling wine and a donation of $25 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
