To receive a landscape design, Tilly's client's purchase a front yard, backyard or full yard package. The deliverable includes an aerial planting plan, hardscape layout, and plant schedule with the plant names, sizes and quantity. The process is extremely personalized with each client being assigned a qualified US-based landscape designer in their region with whom they communicate directly with and have a video call with to showcase their outdoor space. The company offers add-ons such as 3D renders and lighting packages which highlight an exterior landscape lighting plan.
In spring of 2022 the company launched a plant delivery service. This new service offering saves clients time and money with Tilly working directly with their nationwide wholesale nursery partnerships. This allows clients to shop their design plans directly and receive strategic advice from Tilly's plant specialists when it comes to budgeting, phasing and potential plant substitutions.
