TitleSmart, Inc., a leading Twin Cities title insurance company, has moved into its new Apple Valley Location.
WHITE BEAR LAKE, Minn., Dec. 19, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- TitleSmart, Inc., a leading Twin Cities title insurance company, has recently moved its Apple Valley location to a new space. Their Apple Valley location will now be located at 15025 Glazier Avenue, Suite 201, Apple Valley. Other TitleSmart locations include White Bear Lake, Blaine, Edina, Forest Lake, Maple Grove, Woodbury, and Faribault.

The Apple Valley office is currently home to one Title Closer and two office administrators. This location is also used by all TitleSmart closers from other office locations as an easy closing location for properties in the South Metro and surrounding areas. The new Apple Valley office continues to allow TitleSmart to increase its already large market share in the Twin Cities. With a staff of more than 100 people, TitleSmart continues to grow since its opening in 2007 including the recent expansion of the Commercial Closing Division late last year and the opening of two new branches earlier this year.
