Prior to joining Transcend, Leow served as the Vice President of Customer Success at LogicGate, a leading governance, risk, and compliance platform. In that capacity, Leow led a high-performing business unit and successfully implemented customer-centric strategies that resulted in exceptional client satisfaction and business growth.
Before her role at LogicGate, Leow served as a consultant for governance, risk, and compliance clients at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). During her time at PwC, she collaborated with a diverse range of companies, helping them navigate complex regulatory environments and develop robust privacy and data protection frameworks.
Leow's track record of delivering exceptional results and building strong client relationships makes her an ideal fit for Transcend as the company rapidly expands its customer base.
