Two Lathrop GPM IP Partners Recognized as 2022 Global Leaders by World Trademark Review

MINNEAPOLIS, Oct. 13, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Lathrop GPM is pleased to announce that intellectual property partners Ashley Bennett Ewald and Dean Eyler have been recognized by the World Trademark Review (WTR) as Global Leaders in Private Practice for 2022. They are among only 13 intellectual property lawyers from private practices to be recognized in the state of Minnesota.

Ashley Bennett Ewald is an experienced intellectual property litigator who focuses her practice on trademark prosecution and portfolio management. Dean Eyler is an experienced litigator who represents clients in intellectual property and complex commercial disputes. He has substantial experience in litigating trademark, trade dress, copyright, trade secret and false advertising cases. Eyler devotes much of his practice to brand protection, trademark infringement and unfair competition litigation for clients in federal courts across the country and at the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
