According to Google, mobile web conversion rates are still lagging - coming in at around 1.5% in 2021, as compared to almost 3% for desktop traffic. Apps, on the other hand convert sales 157% better than the mobile web, according to a report from Button, and loyal customers spend up to 7X more time on a retail app than they will on a mobile website.
