Off-Market commercial real estate portfolio sale in Mission District San Francisco.

The buyer and seller were represented by Guy Carson and Louis Cornejo of Urban Group Real Estate. This portfolio is comprised of the historic building formerly known as the Bethel Christian Church, an elegantly designed Scandinavian "Stave" church, plus a three-story learning center and two separate parking lots.
The buyer, Reality Church of San Francisco, was founded in San Francisco eleven years ago and led by Pastors Dave Lomas and Tarik El-Ansary.
