Urban Healthcare Developer to Open Senior Housing 55+ Waitlist
Qualifying Individuals Will Have the Opportunity to Apply Online for Mixed Income Senior Housing until December 31st
PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 27, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Philadelphia & Jacksonville-based urban healthcare real estate developer and social impact firm TPP Capital Holdings TR ("TPP") is pleased to announce the opening of Tioga District's Senior Housing 55+ Waitlist on November 1, 2022. The Waitlist will remain open until 11:59 p.m. ET on Saturday, December 31, 2022, and will only be available online via http://www.tiogadistrictseniorliving.com.
Applicants must be FIFTY-FIVE (55) years of age or older and qualify for a fully furnished studio or one-bedroom unit. The Waitlist will allow eligible individuals to apply for a wide range of housing opportunities at Tioga District's 34-, 50- & 81-unit mixed income senior housing sites, which will break ground in Q2/2023.
After submission, applicants will receive a confirmation number immediately; notification of their selection status will arrive via email in approximately 10 weeks. Once the Waitlist is closed, a set number of preliminary applications will be selected using a computerized, random selection process (lottery). This means it is possible that not everyone who applies will be placed on the waiting list. Those applicants who are not selected will be able to reapply the next time the Waitlist opens. As apartments become available, TPP Capital Holdings will contact the selected applicants from the lottery via mail and email, based upon their position on the waiting list.
