Tony Lesicka, MAI, Rick Nordquist, MAI, Josh Folland, MAI, CCIM, and Nathan Hansen make up the key personnel of the office.
Tony Lesicka has been an active commercial real estate industry professional since 2003. Prior to joining Valbridge, he co-founded Insight Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate appraisal firm based in St. Paul, MN. Mr. Lesicka has broad experience in commercial real estate, having worked for a national commercial real estate developer, an agency lender, and having developed the appraisal departments for two banks headquartered in the Twin Cities.
Rick Nordquist has 15 years of real estate appraisal experience. He co-founded Insight Realty Advisors in 2013, where he served as a Principal before joining Valbridge. He is experienced in valuing a variety of property types throughout the Upper Midwest, specializing in valuation of auto dealerships, residential subdivisions, restaurants, and urban mixed-use properties. Rick holds the Appraisal Institute's MAI designation.
Josh Folland has been active in the real estate industry since 2002. Before joining Valbridge, he was a Principal at Insight Realty Advisors. In addition, he has wide-ranging experience in the commercial real estate industry, including working in asset management and leading the real estate due diligence functions for a bank. Josh holds the MAI and CCIM designations and is an active volunteer for the North Star Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, currently serving as Chapter President in 2019.
Nathan Hansen has been active in the real estate industry since 2002. Prior to joining Valbridge, he was a Principal at Insight Realty Advisors. He is experienced in valuing a variety of property types throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin, including industrial, retail, office, multifamily, golf courses, hotels, vacant land, and residential subdivisions. He has specialized in appraising properties for eminent domain purposes and is qualified to value personal property and equipment.
