Joe Oprosko has been promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He previously held the position of President and Chief Operating Officer.

He will continue leading and developing solutions for the short and long-term needs of Veridocs' clients, ensuring the company's technology remains above industry standard and compliance expectations.

Andrea Oprosko has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Andrea has been with the company for nine years, bringing with her extensive knowledge and experience of financial accounting, auditing, and management. Her focus in this new role aligns with the responsibilities she has already been performing, developing policies and procedures for improving performance and productivity, as well as providing meaningful financial management.

Sam Shelton has been promoted to Chief Customer Officer (CCO). Having previously served as the company's Vice President of Technical Support for the past 12 years, Sam will play a more prominent role in supporting Veridocs' commitment to meeting the needs of clients. Customer satisfaction remains a key focus for the company, and with a customer-first mandate, Sam will evaluate interactions across every touchpoint to improve customer experience and dictate continuous innovation.
