Zach officially joined NRL as president and CEO in 2012 but has been a part of the company since its inception in 2007. NRL began with one branch office and five employees. Zach began his career in the mortgage industry in 2001, quickly rising to become president and CEO of NRL in 2012. Before Zach’s leadership, NRL was a small, local lender with a presence mainly in the Houston area. A true believer in growth through acquisition, Zach grew the company by acquiring branches and positioning NRL as a nationwide lender. By rebranding the company’s logo, strategy, and vision, the company has been positioned for supreme growth with production volume surpassing 100 percent in 2017.
Outside of work, Zach is on the board of trustees for the Jewish Community Center in Houston and serves as a board member of the Bellaire Little League.
