Voxela Partners with Cisco to Transform Care Facilities with AI Solutions
Voxela has joined Cisco's "Ecosystem Partner Program" to collaborate on AI-driven care solutions for digital transformation in care facilities. The partnership combines Voxela's VCare system with Cisco's Meraki Wi-Fi solution, offering comprehensive, cloud-based monitoring in assisted living facilities. This collaboration addresses the challenges of an aging population, staff shortages, and service quality improvements in Japan.

This program connects companies with specialized business applications and expertise in specific areas with Cisco's network technology and solutions, as well as collaboration through APIs and programmability. By leveraging this partnership, Voxela aims to enhance the potential and value of its next-generation care solution services for customers' digital transformation.
The joint solution that Voxela will be offering combines "Cisco Meraki," and "Voxela VCare," is an AI care management system that ensures the safety of residents, care staff, and facilities. This innovative solution is tailor-made for care facilities and any assisted living facility, and significantly reduces monitoring time and costs.
For example, by installing an environment that combines Wi-Fi camera MV2 developed by Meraki and its network with Voxela VCare in a facility, daily monitoring of residents and everything from accident detection to notification and recording can be consistently performed on the cloud. With Meraki's cloud-managed network, a stable infrastructure for care facilities can be built and optimal care can be provided based on high-quality data collected for care assessment.
Cisco's ecosystem partners started with 20 partner companies in Japan in July 2022, and aim to reach 100 companies over three years. Voxela is the first partner company in the solution field targeting the Age-Tech domain.
