WaterFurnace introduces split version of their top-of-the-line 7 Series with the 700R11 and SVH Air Handler

The 700R11 Indoor Split and SVH Air Handler work together to provide all of the capabilities of the 700A11 package unit in a more versatile, split system package. Now, even if homeowners have limited utility space or require multiple units, they can still upgrade to one of the most energy-efficient units on the market.
As part of WaterFurnace's 7 Series, the 700R11 uses variable-capacity technology—an innovation they pioneered for residential applications. In fact, the 700A11 was the first variable-capacity geothermal unit available for homeowners. Utilizing a variable-capacity compressor, variable-speed blower motor and variable-speed loop pumps, the 700R11's outputs are scaled to exactly the level needed, rather than the general "high" or "low" speeds found in other systems. That means not only better performance and greater comfort, but also amazing efficiency. As evidence, the 700R11 surpasses 40.8 EER in cooling and 5.2 COP in heating—making it vastly more efficient than traditional conditioning systems and 30% more efficient than current two-stage geothermal heat pumps.
The 700R11 also highlights WaterFurnace's technology advancements, such as Aurora controls, which continuously monitor and optimize operation. Available upgrades include Symphony, a smartphone-enabled home comfort platform, and IntelliZone®2, a zoning control system.
The 700R11 is ENERGY STAR rated and was engineered in the HVAC industry's only ISO 17025:2017 accredited laboratory. It's available in 3, 3 ½ and 4 ½ ton capacities.
