Wayne Homes Celebrates Ranch Model Grand Opening at Akron-Medina Model Center
Custom home builder, Wayne Homes, has opened their newest model featuring the Richmond II Craftsman at their Norton, Ohio location.
UNIONTOWN, Ohio, Feb. 28, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder, celebrated the grand opening of the Richmond II Craftsman model at the company's Akron-Medina Model Center in Norton, Ohio on February 16 and 17.
The Richmond II is a three-bedroom, ranch floorplan with over 1,500 square feet of living space. The model shows the third bedroom as a den with French doors at the entrance and a partially finished basement complete with a bar.
The open living space features a cathedral ceiling in the great room, an eat-in kitchen, a spacious master suite, and a large owner's entry and laundry room.

The home was decorated by Kelly Cappelletti and Darek Wilson from Kelly's Suite II in St. Clairsville, Ohio to feature current popular design styles that are on trend for today's new home buyer.
At the event, guests also had the opportunity to win a Date Night themed basket worth $250 and Home Depot bucket and gift card, courtesy of Home Savings. Nancy Juchnowski won the Date Night basket, and Anne Jeffery won the Home Savings Home Depot bucket and gift card.
