Wedgewood Sells Downtown Nashville Property
REDONDO BEACH, Calif. (PRWEB) July 05, 2018 -- Wedgewood, a leading real estate investment company, closed the sale of its Church Street properties in downtown Nashville on June 29th for $13.75M. Ron Greenfield of the Greenfield Company represented Wedgewood in both the initial purchase of the Church properties and their eventual sale to a buyer, represented by Steve Armistead of Armistead Arnold Pollard Real Estate Services, LLC. The building at 814 Church St. and three vacant lots at 801, 813, and 817 were purchased in 2017 for $9.35M. Wedgewood invested an additional $1M, renovating the 81-year-old, six-story office building at 814 to help satisfy rising demand for downtown office space. The Church St. properties are near other major developments in Nashville’s West End including the future Nashville federal courthouse and the Nashville Yards, a mixed-use redevelopment project.
