West Coast Self-Storage Launches New Location in Carlsbad
The Carlsbad, CA storage facility marks the 64th location for the regional storage provider.
CARLSBAD, Calif., Feb. 25, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- West Coast Self-Storage announced today that their newest storage facility in Carlsbad, California is set to open February 26th. West Coast Self-Storage Carlsbad is located at 2405 Cougar Dr, at the corner of El Camino Road and Cougar Dr. The location is just north of McClellan Palomar Airport and the community of Bressi Ranch.
The facility was designed by Lake Forest, CA-based KSP Studio, and was developed by the West Coast Self-Storage Group. The storage operation features 692 storage units totaling 60,178 sq. ft. of rentable storage space.
West Coast Self-Storage Carlsbad offers both indoor storage units as well as drive-up accessible units. The indoor units are climate-controlled for added protection and range in size from 5 x 5 to 10 x 30. The drive-up units are 10 x 20 and allow for tenants to pull their vehicle next to their unit for easy loading and unloading.
The facility features several amenities including 24-hour recorded video monitoring, digital pin-code access at all entrances, a covered loading/unloading area, and a retail moving supplies store offering boxes and packing materials. Access hours are 6:00 am to 10:00 pm daily. Office hours are 9:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday-Saturday and 9:30 am to 5:00 pm Sunday.
The self-storage facility is owned NWB Carlsbad LLC and is professionally managed by West Coast Self-Storage Group of Everett, Washington.
