West Houston Counseling Center Opens Expanded Office In Katy, Texas: Open House Thursday October 10, 2019 From 5-9pm
Professional counseling group focused on multi-generational treatment expands to serve a broader demographic and community.
KATY, Texas, Sept. 29, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The West Houston Counseling Center announced today their official opening date of their newest location, 633 E. Fernhurst Dr. Suite 1102, Katy, TX 77450. The move of this full-service, multi-generational mental health counseling practice comes out of the need to expand their office size to accommodate the 13 therapists who serve over 500 patients of all ages in the Katy, West Houston, Richmond, Fulshear, Cypress, and surrounding areas. The expanded offices will also allow for the training the next generation of therapists under the oversight of their Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisors; allowing the ability for the practice to offer lower cost services to those without insurance or needing lower fees.
Founded in 2013 by a group of all female partners, the practice serves young children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples facing a variety of mental health and behavioral challenges. In addition, they are trauma trained and have additional training and experience in their area of specialty including play therapy, EMDR, DBT, Gottman Relationship Counseling and more.

The clinic will officially open their doors at 8:00am on September 23, 2019. An Open House is scheduled for October 10, 2019 from 5-8pm to allow a full tour of the brand new facility and an opportunity to meet the therapists and learn more about the center.
