West Monroe Partners Hires Colleen Campbell as Director in Chicago Operations Excellence Practice
CHICAGO (PRWEB) November 05, 2018 -- West Monroe Partners, a business and technology consultancy, today announced that Colleen Campbell has joined the firm as a director in the Operations Excellence practice, focused on organizational change management, program leadership and business analysis. She is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Campbell has more than 25 years of experience working with organizations to lead successful business and technology transformation through capabilities such as leadership alignment, communication, training, PMO and benefit realization. Most recently, she was national director of the Organizational Change Management practice for Centric Consulting.
Campbell has significant organizational effectiveness and business transformation experience at the enterprise, program, and project levels, both as a corporate executive and as a consultant. She has launched strategic initiatives, new business models and organizational designs, and an array of new technology initiatives encompassing enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), human resources and other systems. In addition, she has orchestrated programs that support financial transformation, reductions in force, and acquisition integration. Her diverse experience includes companies in the automotive, healthcare, telecommunications, insurance, consumer goods, legal, and public sectors.

She built and led a team of 50 change management, organization effectiveness and design experts. She also relaunched the firm’s Enterprise Program Management practice.

Previously, Campbell led the Organizational Change Management and Organizational Effectiveness departments for Navistar International, a global manufacturer of trucks, buses, and diesel engines. She was also a global change management project leader for Zurich Financial Services and a principal with One Smart Team, Inc., a boutique consultancy specializing in business transformation initiatives.
