Westport Properties to Develop a New 84,511 SF Industrial Facility in Henderson, NV
Westport Properties will begin construction in Q1 of 2023.
HENDERSON, Nev., Nov. 7, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Westport Properties, a premier owner/operator of industrial, self storage and multifamily assets nationally, has announced plans to develop a new industrial facility on a recently acquired land parcel in Henderson, Nevada.
Westport Properties will begin construction in Q1 of 2023 on an 81,511-square-foot single tenant industrial building located at the corner of Bruner Avenue and Amigo Street. The building will feature 32' clear height, secured truck court, ESFR sprinklers, 11 dock doors, and 5,000 square feet of office space. Completion of this building is scheduled for Q4 of 2023, Amy Ogden of Logic Commercial Real Estate will oversee leasing of the single tenant building.
