WillDom Expands Presence into Central America with Conversion of Nativo
Based in Costa Rica and Nicaragua, New Branch Will Offer US Tech Companies Best-in-class Talent from These Regions
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. and BUENOS AIRES, Argentina, Jan. 19, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- WillDom, a leader in enabling high-growth organizations to rightsource, strategize, and execute on their digital transformation initiatives, today announced the conversion of Nativo as its latest WillDom branch. Having a presence in both Costa Rica and Nicaragua, Nativo will further enable WillDom to offer top tech talent from these regions to US tech companies.
Nativo will now operate as WillDom Costa Rica and marks the eleventh branch for WillDom, cumulatively.
"We can't think of a better way to start the New Year than with the announcement of a new branch and welcoming WillDom Costa Rica to the WillDom community," stated Andres Perea, CEO of WillDom. "Companies are having a difficult time developing technology to grow their businesses. WillDom as a global company will play a critical role in how these organizations are able to keep their tech projects moving forward. WillDom Costa Rica has a legacy of working with the best talent in their regions, and we can't wait to bring these professionals into WillDom projects to strengthen the innovative practices for current and prospective clients."
"We're very excited that Nativo has decided to join the WillDom ecosystem," added Martin Suarez-Viacava, chief revenue officer at WillDom. "The addition of WillDom Costa Rica not only supports the company's strategic expansion efforts, but it bolsters our brand equity and transforms what we're able to offer not only within our ecosystem, but to our clients."
Nativo, formerly DotCreek, was founded in 2011 by Pablo Arroyo, Bladimir Arroyo, and Fran Quesada. Nativo had just completed its rebrand in November 2020 before being approached to join WillDom in August 2021. The company was apprehensive at first about becoming a branch due to its recent activity and rebranding efforts but was drawn to the benefits that being associated with WillDom offered. Starting as a partner, Nativo gained access to new opportunities but saw greater potential in furthering the relationship as a branch. Joining WillDom enables Nativo to expand its services, reach new clients, and be viewed as a bigger and stronger organization to potential clients.
"We're thrilled to be joining WillDom and look forward to the continued symbiotic relationship we've developed," noted Pablo Arroyo, managing director at WillDom Costa Rica. "We take great pride in the relationships we've developed with tech professionals and our clients, and can't wait to bring these capabilities to a larger customer base and market thanks to the powerful brand WillDom has created. With WillDom concentrated on the holistic digital journey of its customers, we're excited to jump in and help bolster these efforts moving forward."
Along with bringing in their own network, WillDom Costa Rica gains access to WillDom's vast technical talent pool of more than 5000 software developers, engineers, and technologists that can enhance their tech services for current and future customers. Additionally, WillDom Costa Rica will gain access to the WAVE platform, WillDom's proprietary platform that streamlines and supports business operations including client and talent management, onboarding, payroll, and so much more.
