Wiss Names Bill Haemmerle to Lead Transaction Advisory Services Practice
Haemmerle joins Wiss with over 20 years of corporate finance experience.

Haemmerle joins Wiss with over 20 years of corporate finance experience. He brings with him substantive experience with sell-side and buy-side advisory, capital formation, and strategic advisory services for domestic, middle-market companies from his 12 years at boutique investment banks including, Laud Collier and Kildare Capital.

Most recently, he served as Head of Credit Operations and Business Development at The Credit Junction, where he was instrumental in securing a $150 million warehouse line of credit and a $23 million private equity investment. He also spent more than seven years at WestLB Securities, executing over $1.5 billion in international mergers and acquisition assignments.

Bill holds a B.S. in Finance from Providence College and an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
