Wolfie’s Hot Chicken Collaborates with Paramore on Exclusive Vegan Meal for the Band’s Kia Forum Shows
LOS ANGELES (PRWEB) July 18, 2023 -- Ahead of Paramore’s two night run at LA’s Kia Forum, the band is releasing an exclusive vegan offering for concertgoers in partnership with Wolfie’s Hot Chicken. The hospitality company, which more than doubled its projected sales at festivals like Coachella and Stagecoach, offers 100% plant-based comfort food that is accessible, affordable, and helps save the planet.
A long time vegan, Paramore lead singer Hayley Williams had the idea to partner with Wolfie’s on the exclusive Crave Meal Box in an effort to introduce the band’s younger fanbase to healthy and delicious meat alternatives.
- The Crave Meal Box includes a Wolfie's world-famous fried chicken patty, crispy bacon, melty american cheese, shredded lettuce, thinly sliced tomato, and house made ranch & BBQ sauce all served on a buttery brioche bun.
Williams was first introduced to Wolfie’s by pop icon Billie Eilish, who frequents the restaurant, along with brother Finneas and mom, Maggie. Eilish has long-since been involved with the brand and has partnered with Wolfie’s in the past to distribute food with Wolfie’s non-profit, Support+Feed, alongside singer Janelle Monet. Support+Feed provides nourishing, plant-based meals for children & families, seniors, homeless & domestic abuse shelters, food banks, and LGBTQ+ centers in marginalized communities.
With bold aspirations for the years to come, Wolfie’s is on a mission to prove that even meat-lovers can enjoy eating a vegan fried chicken sandwich in 2022, while using 75% less environmental resources required to produce the same menu offerings with animal meat. The collaboration is a milestone for the brand, which originated in a 450-sq ft. food truck, and now has a location in Highland Park, as well as an exclusive outpost at Bank of Montreal Stadium, with plans to expand brick and mortar locations and stadium presence in the future.
Of the collaboration, Hayley Williams says: “We had to bring a bit of home with us to LA. We’re so excited to have partnered with Wolfie’s for these two shows at the Forum – it's my favorite. Get The Crave Meal Box while you can!”
About Wolfie’s Hot Chicken:
Founded in 2020 by Jason Eisner and Josh Beane during the midst of a global pandemic, Wolfie's Hot Chicken created a culinary phenomenon that started in Highland Park, the new hot tastemaker region of Los Angeles. Wolfie's humble beginnings start with entrepreneur and culinary innovator, Jason Eisner. With one 450 square foot food truck and a big idea, Eisner introduced Southern California to Wolfie's Hot Chicken, the plant based brand beloved throughout the city.
Eisner created a menu that anyone can enjoy guilt free. More than delicious, Wolfie’s chicken is an option for carnivores who care about the environment but still want the comfort of familiarity and taste. Eating just one Wolfie's Plant-Based Chicken Sandwich, (instead of a sandwich made from animal proteins) will save the equivalent of 75 square feet of land, 1/2 tub of bathwater, and 18 miles of car emissions. Wolfie's proves that as a carnivore, you can still enjoy eating a fried chicken sandwich in 2022, while using 75% less environmental resources required to produce the same sandwich with animal meat.
