World Gym Pensacola Adds Salt Athletics To New 13,000 Square Foot Facility

Salt Athletics features a patent-pending scientific wellness program that delivers a "stack" of advanced wellness protocols into a single 30-minute session.

World Gym members will have their choice of four different Salt Athletics rooms each day. Each Salt Athletics experience has complete coverage Mito Red Light systems installed, as well as Salt Titan Halo Generators (dry salt therapy). During each session users will receive a unique combination of deep red light 660nm and near infrared light 850nm therapy and salt inhalation therapy. Additional components of each Salt Athletics Room at World Gym Pensacola include oxygen concentrators and negative ion generators. Each Salt Athletics session begins with a glass of ionized water, and at the completion of each session each member receives a fresh glass of carrot, apple and celery juice made on-demand in a centrifugal juicer to deliver active enzymes.

The Salt Athletics experiences include the following rooms. The Athletic Advantage Room that features recumbent and upright cardio bikes from Precor, as well as immersive video screens. The Red Room On-Demand, which features Fitness On-Demand offering over 1,000 interactive functional workout videos. The Recovery Red Room outfitted with a state-of-the-art Hydro Massage lounge along with immersive video. The Extreme Performance Room loaded with HIIT Rogue Echo bikes as well as immersive video.
