- Respond via text to six questions and your adjuster will be in touch
- Within 24 hours you will receive a text with your claim number included

- After entering your 14-digit policy number and zip code of the property, click 'Next'
- On the upper right side, choose 'Open a Claim' and fill in the form
- You do not need to be pre-registered and can proceed as a guest

Property owners can confirm a contractor's credentials through the Better Business Bureau. Florida residents may also contact the Florida Department of Financial Services at 1-877-MY-FL-CFO, which has set up a special Disaster Fraud Action Strike Team.
