Oil sludge is the oily sludge produced during the treatment of oil recovery, pipeline transportation, refineries, and oily wastewater, etc. The oil sludge treatment process uses the principle of oxidation, emulsion breaking and centrifugal separation, and the main equipment is composed of dosing system, feeding system, separation system, conveying system, control system, etc.
About the Project
Technological Process: The material of this project is oily sand, firstly, the bagged sludge and semi-solids coming to the plant are broken and shredded, then enters the stirring tank in the workshop together with the semi-solids and heated, and after heating it enters the three-phase centrifuge.
After treatment, the oil separated from the centrifuge by heating and drugging and settling is sold to the chemical plant. The liquid discharged from the centrifuge is loaded into the sewage tank and sent to the sewage treatment plant for treatment and then transported to the oil field for re-injection. The slag phase discharged from the centrifuge is mixed with water and then enters the filter press, and the mud from the filter press treatment goes to the mud drying plant to prepare oil well cement.
The composition of the landed oil sludge is complex and the dregginess is large. The engineers of ZK monitored the project in real-time found problems in time and solve them, and finally achieved good results. About the Decanter
The equipment involved in this project are ZK LWS580*400CX and LWS650*650BX, which are medium to large size centrifuges, and ZK's mature centrifuge technology is an important condition for the success of the project.
