"How Al-Anon Works" is the First Audio Book from Al-Anon Family Groups
Virginia Beach, VA (PRWEB) October 22, 2013 -- "How Al-Anon Works for Families and Friends of Alcoholics," is now available as an audio book in MP3 format from Al-Anon Family Groups. The audio book includes Al-Anon’s basic principles–the Twelve Steps, Twelve Traditions, and Twelve Concepts of Service. The audio book also includes personal stories by members, beginning with one of Al-Anon’s cofounders, Lois W., who was the wife of one of the co-founders of Alcoholics Anonymous.

Narrated by anonymous Al-Anon members, the audio book is 16 hours and 19 minutes. The multiple-voice audio presentation is the result of many members throughout the U.S. and Canada who volunteered to participate in the project.
