“Hurricane Mediator” Susan Pinkston Announces Membership in Mediation.com
Ridgeland, MS (PRWEB) December 27, 2013 -- After mediating over 700 cases in the State of Mississippi, including a large number of cases stemming from the devastation of Hurricane Katrina, alternate dispute resolution (ADR) specialist Susan Pinkston has put her firm on the map. She has recently teamed up with Mediation.com and by doing so, she is taking her reputation as a staunch defender of client interest to a wider audience.

Mrs. Pinkston has been mediating since 1997, a time when mediation was still establishing itself as an area of practice in Mississippi. In addition to mediating litigation claims from private sources as well as family disputes, Mrs. Pinkston served as a mediator for the United States Postal Service, the United States Department of Agriculture and EEOC. She is a member of the FINRA Arbitration panel, arbitrating claims for that association as a non-industry arbitrator. Her services are frequently sought out in difficult real estate title or heirship situations.
A graduate of the Mississippi College School of Law, Mrs. Pinkston served as an adjunct professor of oil and gas law at the same school for three years. She has spoken at many legal seminars on real estate and title insurance and often speaks to community groups and churches, specifically about estate needs and mediation services. Recognized as an expert by her peers, she has been consistently rated AV by Martindale Hubbell and has served as the Chairman of the Fee Dispute Resolution Committee for the Mississippi Bar Association for the last two years.
