‘Ladies that Leisure’ Flock to New Lifestyle Site Following Re-Launch
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) March 26, 2014 -- Women from across the United States are turning to the Craft Box Girls for all their online news, style, fashion and bespoke creations.
http://www.craftboxgirls.com – the all-inclusive destination for everything women love to do online – has seen a rise of 75% in visitor traffic since its smooth and stylish re-design went live on Valentine’s Day, earlier this year.
Established by Atlanta resident, Lynn Lilly, http://www.craftboxgirls.com is a community driven website for women to share their lifestyle, create a personal brand and build connections over shared passions.
“We have been delighted by the response we have seen since adding a fresher look,” said Lynn Lilly, CEO of http://www.craftboxgirls.com. “The site offers ladies a one-stop-shop to explore the latest styles, recipes, do-it-yourself projects and luxury lifestyles, while also contributing their own thoughts and updates from their busy lives.”
Visitors can create a unique profile to create and share their own content by posting blogs and pictures. All of the information sits alongside the popular musings from the ‘original’ Craft Box Girls – 17 stylish ladies from as far afield as Atlanta, Boston and Virginia. Visitors can read and post about recipes, party planning, fashion, weddings, home design and health & beauty.
Response to the site has been so strong that the company is bringing forward plans to launch an online shopping component to the site, when visitors can avail of unique hand crafted gifts, accessories, wedding essentials, art, and home décor. The online store will be live by the end of the month and offer visitors access to unique and hand-made crafts from across the United States.
“It was important to offer our visitors the opportunity to purchase the items that they see and read out at http://www.craftboxgirls.com,” added Lilly. “There are many new designs, creations and ideas on the site which can’t be found anywhere else online and the store will open up new opportunities for independent retailers and for fans to have very unique products in their own homes.”
The idea for http://www.craftboxgirls.com was born many miles away from the traditional homes of Atlanta, Georgia – it came out of the vibrant and bustling streets of Tokyo, Japan.
Lynn Lilly was exploring the country while watching her brother-in-law compete in the Winter Special Olympics, and on her return she teamed up with colleagues, Courtney Covault and Lauran Burchfield to offer an online community that allows women to satisfy all of their online entertainment desires, in one, easy to navigate location.
Lynn’s background as an experiential marketing and event manager for LivingSocial gave her the knowledge and insight to get a start up not just up and running, but thriving.
The ladies from http://www.craftboxgirls.com can be found at community events in Atlanta, Charleston and Birmingham throughout the summer.
