“Pregnant? New Baby? Need Sleep!” is the Title of Dr. Richard Hansler’s Latest Book

This lack of melatonin makes it difficult to fall asleep again after a nighttime awakening. This isn’t of much consequence for most people, but can be devastating for a new mother who may be getting up several times each night.
