With more than $100 million in closed residential sales volume year to date, she is among the top five brokers in Chicago (source: BrokerMetrics,LLC).
Sachs Wong, 45, comes to @properties from Koenig & Strey, where she was a broker for 15 years. Year to date, Sachs Wong had accounted for more than 20 percent of the sales volume at the firm’s Lincoln Park office. She has an average sales price of $1.1 million and consistently ranks as one of the top-producers in the entire Chicago region, regularly exceeding $100 million in annual sales. Sachs Wong will be joined at @properties by her team of five staff members and REALTORS, including four licensed brokers. @properties was co-founded and is co-owned by Sachs Wong’s husband, Thaddeus Wong.

Sachs Wong began her real estate career in 1998 with Coldwell Banker in Chicago. Within a year, she was recruited by Koenig & Strey and quickly established herself as one of the city’s highest-selling luxury real estate brokers. She focuses on high-end home sales primarily in the neighborhoods of Lincoln Park, Gold Coast, River North, Lakeview, Bucktown and Wicker Park.
